These sea-side inspired paintings were created for a Beach House in Chennai. I was a given a freehand to make something beach-themed in my own style. One of my favourite commissions.
Back Home

I was asked to do a piece that reminded the client of home in Kerala. So the direction was coconut trees, greenery & water bodies. In the end though, the Bharanis and the central lamp were the client's favourite bits. A piece that I was particularly nervous about but loved the process and the final outcome. Back home now lives in California.

My client had a specific image in mind when she asked me to make these two. Lotus was the theme, and cool, calming colours were also part of the ask.

This painting was created digitally for a client. But I love the look of it so much that at some point, I will recreate it for real. :)
Lotus Pond

Another Lotus-themed painting. I guess thats a crowd favourite! The colours were an emphasis here since the piece was painted for the living room and was meant to tie all the interior elements and furniture together.

This painting was made especially for an architect's office so the theme was buildings related. This was one of my first commissions and is still a favourite.

This painting was my very first commission and will always hold a special place. It was made to a specified colour palette and for a while was the focal piece of a living room in Trivandrum, Kerala. :)
